International survey on proton therapy for liver malignancies

Dear PTCOG Colleagues,

We are conducting an international survey to better understand current patterns of proton therapy utilization for liver malignancies, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, and liver metastases. The survey focuses on referral patterns, clinical indications, patient selection, treatment utilization, and barriers to the use of proton therapy. Our intent is to analyze and ultimately publish the results to provide a contemporary global overview of practice patterns.

To avoid duplicate institutional responses, we ask that only one survey be completed per proton therapy center. Because many questions relate to patient referrals and clinical utilization, we specifically ask that the survey be completed by a clinician involved in liver cancer treatment and proton therapy decision-making.

The survey will stay open until December 1.  We appreciate your participation and hope the results will help identify important differences in practice patterns, access, and utilization across proton therapy centers worldwide.
