PTCOG-AO 2026
The 6th Annual Conference of the Particle Therapy Co-Operative Group Asia-Oceania (PTCOG-AO 2026) will be hosted at Apollo Proton Cancer Centre (APCC), Chennai, India, from September 4–6, 2026. As South and West Asia’s first proton therapy centre, APCC provides an ideal platform for this landmark meeting that will bring together global leaders in radiation oncology, medical physics, biology, technology innovation, and translational research. The conference will feature cutting-edge discussions on proton and carbon ion therapy, FLASH radiotherapy, adaptive and image-guided workflows, biologically driven planning, motion management, BNCT/PBCT, and AI-integrated particle therapy solutions, with special emphasis on practical implementation and regional accessibility across Asia-Oceania.
PTCOG-AO 2026 is expected to welcome more than 400 delegates from across Asia, Europe, and North America, including clinicians, physicists, therapists, dosimetrists, researchers, and industry innovators. The scientific programme includes plenary lectures by internationally renowned experts, disease-site focused symposia, educational masterclasses, oral and poster presentations, industry-academia collaborative forums, and discussions on the future directions of particle therapy research and clinical practice. Beyond scientific exchange, the conference aims to strengthen regional collaborations, foster innovation, and accelerate equitable access to advanced particle therapy technologies across emerging healthcare systems.
